Zarda Bar-B-Q

The LTD burn ends tasted good, and the potato salad. The amount of burn ends were kinda small. The cheesy corn didn’t taste that great. We were there on Dec.28th at lunch time, but there were not many people. Not entirely sure if most people would be at work or at break at that time. This is the type of restaurant that you wouldn’t regret or impress trying, I guess.

Zarda catered our wedding on 10/14/22. I am just now getting around to writing reviews for all of my vendors. We worked with Sarah leading up to the wedding. She was so great and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We got to come in for a taste test ahead of time and it was so helpful in choosing. Neither of us had ever had the cheesy potato bake and let me tell you, it was DELICIOUS. Fan favorite of all our guests. The meat and sauce were also delicious, as is expected of Zarda BBQ. The staff who worked the event were so sweet. I admit I didn’t see much of them because the day was so busy for me. But I remember I was lined up to walk down the aisle and suddenly I was so nervous that my mouth was completely dry. I looked at my dad panicked and asked if he would run get me a small cup of water. He did, I chugged it, and looking around for a place to leave my cup before we walked out, they gestured that they would take it. I know that seems like a silly story, but it really was so genuine and sweet.

Love me some Zarda ribs and burnt ends! Great selection of sandwiches and sauces. Best cheesy corn, I've tasted in the city! The wedges and burnt end beans are also scrumptious! Give Zarda a try and enjoy the morsels you put on your fork!

Anna loves BBQ , I rarely don’t finish my plate, I didn’t finish this one. Let’s talk about why they only got three stars . The corn had cheese in it but not good cheese. The fries were steak fries. Plain steak fries.
I had the burnt end which were delicious but overall not worth the 18$ I paid for my plate meal. My 14 year old devoured his Turkey sandwich and fries but let’s face it, he would of devoured a McDonald’s meal too.
So for the price vs the quality of food for me not worth it .
