Ate here 2 times in person, not bad just average hibachi though. No plans to go back really. Fast forward a year or so, and its COVID19 times. Limited delivery options so we tried this hibachi as a special night dinner 3-4 times, pretty happy with it a few times,but... they changed the containers to smaller ones this 5th time. And this is after I was annoyed that they seem to not give enough fried rice considering it is supposed to be full price hibachi orders, with fried rice extra cost. I assume part of the cost of hibachi is the show but there is no show for delivery and yet the price is the same and you get less food, usually only warm at best due to doordash. Ill also say that the food was hit or miss, great once, decent twice, kinda bad twice overall for delivery anyway. I do love the spicy dumplings, but really I am unlikely to go here again or order here again sadly.
Food is so good, service is great. Very fairly priced.
I ordered takeout at dinner and they said it would be 15 min. It was ready and waiting when I got there. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered a Rainbow Roll, the Pink Lady and gyoza. The pink lady had mango on it and I was worried it wouldn’t taste good but it was delicious. I definitely recommend this place.
My opinion based on almost 100 visits.
We frequent this sushi bar because of the consistency in quality of food and cleanliness.
The hibachi chefs are easily the most entertaining, friendly, and precise in regards to properly cooking, well, EVERYTHING.
Scallops: not a second overcooked.
Rare filet: perfect.
Well done steak: I think it hurts thier hearts a little bit, but even so, it is executed perfectly, every time. Not one chef, but all.
Lastly, I have to mention cross contamination as an issue we've encountered in many restaurants, but not at Hira's. Methodically and with intent, they protect my husband from his allergen, so we can enjoy our meal.
To reiterate, his allergen is shellfish. Not and easy thing to avoid in this type of restaurant.
You guys. They've even cooked him up some little pieces of chicken so he could catch some food out of the air, too. He was so excited because he had never been able to participate in that part before.
Thank you, Hira's. ❤️
