Chili's

My choice of entree was delicious! It was tasty and large for a regular entree. Prices were reasonable..I definitely would dine in again

Mixed emotions come from our lunch outing. Our service was mediocre from the wait staff for many reasons. My father-in-law, who is in his 70s, expressed his disdain for the digital menu and in response our server didn't offer a solution but an excuse: everyone is going that route. When a customer expresses that feeling, I expect a printed menu. Secondly, I used the digital menu from the QR code but couldn't find the GF options. I asked our server for help, she couldn't be bothered and said, rather curtly, I will get a computer. I solved my own problem by accessing the website for I formation. When she returned to take our meal order, and the rest of our time there, she never improved her demeanor. My meal was tasty, but because it was so cold in the room, the food got cold much too quickly. My son's burger was cold and over-cooked. The fajitas my dad ordered were disappointing.
The bathroom was dingy and in dire need of upgrading, especially considering the area.
The other young lady, who appeared to be in training, spoke kindly to us as we were leaving- which was good considering our original server had moved to serve another older couple. I was glad to see she offered them a printed menu.

Absolutely the best meal I've had in a restaurant in a long time. Everything was perfect..the chips/salsa, the cokes were perfect on the syrup and my steak/meal was perfect. Our waitress, Tori was awesome!! Thank you!!
