“The beef wrap appetizers were SO good. Be aware that they're served room temp (like Vietnamese spring rolls). They're pretty big for one person, and they're filling. The pumpkin base soup was also delicious. It had an unexpected spicy kick that I enjoyed. My dinner mate loved the chicken with vegetables combo along with the egg drop soup starter. (Update: I came back another night to try this as takeout, and I was not as impressed with this particular dish -- bland.) Service was attentive and fast. Also noticed that this place is very popular with takeout orders because there was a steady stream of order pickups while I was there, which is usually a good sign.”

“Cute place! The inside decor is nice, mural is cool. We sat outside since it was nice. I’m glad they had that option! Got the seaweed salad, which they skimped out on. They put normal green salad underneath instead of just filling the whole plate with seaweed salad which made it feel like they were skimping out on just giving more seaweed salad 🥗 . That was disappointing. Got the Tonkatsu black since it had all the fixings 🍜. It tasted pretty good. Wasn’t the most flavorful thing I’ve tasted but it was satisfying and the perfect portion to not be overly stuffed. Overall pretty good place. 👍”

“They were very nice! Wonderful customer service. Prices were reasonable, considering the portions and certain appetizers were really good, the fried dumplings and spring rolls to be sure. The crab Rangoon were lackluster, potentially to sourcing issues. They didn’t have the Peking Duck which was featured on the menu as that they were famous for that style of cooking. The General Tso’s was okay, and a little tough. I would say all in all, it was a nice looking place with friendly people. The Mai-Tais were wonderful!!”

“Ordered a half dozen wings and a side of sweet potato fries. Had a 20 minute drive back to hotel and the wings were still finger burning hot. Ordering to go was a breeze and it was great she validated the location for me so I knew I was heading and ordering from the right location. Should have went with their 3 wings and fries because that definitely would have been more than enough. Make a stop and try out their delicious wings.”

“Solid 4 stars. I enjoyed the flavor of the crust. It is a crisp crust, I would count it as average (not thin but not thick/pan) and enjoyed the flavor. I tend to like slightly easy on the sauce so for me this was perfect as I believe it was slightly less than many competitors. Felt the prices were good for what I ordered (1 slice, which is huge and a soda). With the current economy I can’t eat out often but they have very fair pricing. The atmosphere is a mix of industrial and “sports bar” as they do have several TV’s. I look forward to trying some other items in the future.”

“First time visiting today, in the middle of lunch rush. Employees were very kind and answered all my questions. Drive Thru was very prompt! I’m very excited about the Katsu Chicken and Shrimp Tempura. I ordered the mini plate. All of my food looks and smells FRESH! The chicken was very juicy and flavorful, looks like they use dark meat. I did love Hawaiian Bros, but something always felt like it could have been better with them…their food also hurts my stomach. Mo Bettahs…however. Very impressed! Even the macaroni salad tastes fresh and homemade.”

“My wife and I ate here for our annual New Year's Eve dinner. It wasn't the first time we've eaten aJ. Alexander's either. Just like every other time, they brought their A-game. The salad are all mixed and tossed, steaks were cooked perfectly, their Mac & Cheese is heavenly and the side of broccoli was perfectly cooked through but still had a little crunch to the stalk. My hat's off to the kitchen staff! Every time we have visited, the wait staff is friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. They always seem to know exactly when to stop at the table for a drink refresher or the next course of the meal without making you wait to long or hovering. Also, unlike most other restaurants we have visited on NYE they didn’t give us a set amount of time before running is out. Instead, they let us sit at our table and enjoy our date night together. Oh, I highly recommend the deviled eggs with camels bacon if it's on the menu when you go too.”
