    Absolutely amazing food, hands down the best Ethiopian food in KC. I have enjoyed dishes here that I did not like in other restaurants. If you are trying to eat plant based, it is very easy and delicious to do here. Friendly staff, family owned, local, nice and clean environment. Elsa's is definitely one of a kind and a must try.

    Amazing and flavorful with the nicest and most welcoming staff! This was a real treat, I tried several dishes that were new to me and didn't find a thing I didn't like, the lamb was AMAZING! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are ever in the area.

    Authentic Ethiopian food, eat with your hands, no silverware. If you don't know what to order or how to eat the food, just ask. They are very friendly and helpful.
