New Theatre & Restaurant

This is such a great place to be entertained and fed well. Today's play The Church Basement Ladies was one of the best I've seen here. Made me laugh out loud several times and that is the best kind. The food was out of this world. Always a great time and well worth it

The shows, the service, and the spread are absolutely wonderful! We have enjoyed each show we've seen! The cast always does a beautiful job with their acting/singing and the stage crew always creates beautiful scenery! The food is out of this world and the staff has always been kind, timely, and genuine! If you're looking for a fun date night, anniversary, or just a fun gift for someone you love, definitely buy tickets for a show at the New Theatre!

This was such a great experience! The place sparks, the service of the waitress could be better, you have a buffet with really taste food, everything is so organized. After the food they have a theatre, we saw Robin Hood, it was amazing, so professional, funny, action!
I highly recommend this place! I think you can pay in advance at the beginning of the season and choose the day that you want, the table, so on so on!

Such a fantastic opportunity to come here! This place has absolutely everything, from amazing customer service to absolutely amazing food! I was somewhat hesitant about the buffet idea, but was 100% blown away by the settings and quality of the food. There is certainly a reason this place has the ratings that it does, and I'm happy to keep that up!

The New Theatre is a dinner theatre in Overland Park, KS. My husband and I have been here many times over the last 10 years and have never been disappointed. They serve a buffet meal that offers a choice of chicken, beef and fish. There is pasta, rice and fresh vegetables. They also offer several types of rolls and they do serve a salad at your table before they open buffet service. Drinks and dessert are not included with your ticket and I don't consider them to be too pricey. Dress is business casual or dressier if you wish. Always be prepared for a great show! Today we loved seeing "The Buddy Holly Story"! They have many shows with famous actors headlining. If you're looking for a great night out or even a matinee, this is a wonderful choice as well as value. We usually ask our children for these tickets at Christmas. They have a special deal then, be sure you check that out. Today we had mixed berry cobbler and deep dish pecan pie for dessert. My husband loved the cobbler and I liked the pie but didn't care for the crust. But I am quite picky. Enjoy!
