(January 20, 2020, 6:44 pm)It was Saturday night.. they got slammed and we had to wait for them to make all of the sandwiches before they rang us up. There was 2 people waiting for chicken salad sandwiches cause they didn't have any made. I think one was training.. they should have had 2 people that they knew what they was doing.. but the sandwich was good.

(May 16, 2018, 5:01 pm)Food is consistently good. I just wish the service was a little faster. Every other Potbelly I’ve been to is more efficient with the prep line/checkout. Belly Bites are a nice option for kids.
