Slim Chickens

Never been to one til Sunday. The tenders are just that = tender and JUICY!! Came out quite hot, but very tasty! The peach tea was the bomb diggity! Excellent customer service. And the manager, Stacy, was so kind and down to earth!! Wish Iowa would get a Slim Chickens restaurant!!

I frequent this Slim Chickens often for a quick and yummy lunch. The chicken fingers and wings are really good and the fries and other sides are also great. Lots of dipping sauces to choose from, my fave is the Spicy ranch. The drive thru can be a bit slow, but it’s worth it and not too bad. If you get a meal, ask for water and save yourself .$75 if you want. I think this is the best fast food chicken place in the area, and there are a lot! I do with they would bring back the teriyaki dipping sauce, it was so good, and the garlic toast could use more garlic/butter on it sometimes.

Love Slim Chickens. Good location with good staff, but the parking lot is on the small side and can get pretty busy during lunch on the weekends.

Way better than Canes in my opinion. I love the sauce variety and the choices of entrees. The sides are good too and different then the regular run of the mill potato salad. Great spot and the staff are really nice.

We visited this restaurant around lunch time. The line ahead of us was just a few but the line moved quickly. The cashier was patient and polite as we had not been there before. We got our number and sat down after getting drinks. Our wait was about 5-7 minutes. There was and older female employee who was working very hard to get the food to every table. She walked her legs off. She was a hard worker moving quickly. She made sure anyone receiving their order had a firm grip before she let go. Our food was hot, the chicken tenders we had were battered and well seasoned. A little salty for me but it was fine. I had fries and they were just okey, my husband had the mac n cheese and he said it was just fine. The restaurant was busy but not to loud. It was clean. We would return if we are by there again.
