    SB is alright, but usually have better experiences at local or smaller footprint chains. Drink I ordered was initially incorrect. They asked if I'd take both. Sandwich I ordered, bacon egg and cheese, had no bacon for whatever reason. Didn't say anything, cut my losses and left.

    I have no problem with food and drinks sold here; I just wish they'd call out names...if folks are in the store waiting. How much trouble is it to say "Jones," "Smith," or whatever?

    Staff is always really lovely, even when line is long it moves decently fast. Felt very safe grabbing coffee during the pandemic. The staff always has masks and minimizes contact. Would recommend getting the Starbucks app to minimize contact even more for virtual pay.
