Excellent service and quality. Ordered carry out and had to park across the lot. The young man working brought the whole heavy order straight to me and was friendly and clean cut.

Enjoyed good pan fried chicken, mashed potatoes with white gravy, green beans, salad and big cinnamon rolls. What's not to like about that?? The chicken was fried just right...crisp and moist. Not many places can make good white gravy but this was almost as good as mine!! Our service was NOT the best however, very unattentive. Also the air conditioning was blasting us something awful. The first request to please turn it off or re-adjust the vents or to please move us got us nowhere. Finally after our second mention, it did shut down for about 10 minutes. Food good...take your winter coats and enjoy!

I have loved this classic for several decades. The food is homemade with great flavor. This time we went for lunch. I always get the chicken. My girlfriend has tried the catfish. It was also top notch. The environment is not fancy but has character.

Excellent homestyle food and fair service. I prefer the country fried chicken over the fried chicken. The mashed potatoes, gravy and beans are a great combo. Maybe a little pricey but will probably bring something home too.

Have never been to this Stroud's before. Now that the one we always went to is now closed, this is our closest option. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. The food did not let us down. Food was hot and plenty of it. Those sticky rolls though. Broke my diet for these things today. Well worth it. Dining area was clean. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of seating. Will be back.
