    Tacos were good. The meat could use some more spice as it was bland tasting.

    I did not know where to post on the Taco Via food trailer that is usually in Hillsdale and Spring Hill on Thursdays so I am putting it here. For sure the dates I know he has been there was April 16th at Spring Hill, Ks and April 23rd in Hillsdale, Ks I want you to know that the young man that has been there these last few weeks has been amazing in his customer skills. He has ALWAYS made sure he goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. I wish I had gotten his mame but the politeness he has is wonderful. Very friendly and that is very unusual in the food trucks services unless you already know them. I just wanted to let his BOSS and everyone else know how wonderful he is and ALWAYS makes sure you leave there cheerful and smiling. He deserves recognition in the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD. Thank you so much for the great laughs, at these times in the world we definitely need those laughs since they are far from what we often see today. Thanks again. I really hope he get recognized. Please let him know. Thank you.

    Love, love, love the food! Can’t find anywhere with meat or sauce like they have. It’s great food and the people that work there are very polite and accommodating. The price is good too. Highly recommend them.
