Wyandot Barbeque

Grew up down the street in the mid-80's and ate here so many times in my life I could never count. Still make an effort whenever I'm close to stop in........sometimes I'll even go out of my way! Last time we ate here was April 2016 when we were in town for a Royals game. I've NEVER had a bad meal here, but it appears quality is hit and miss now reading some of the reviews on here. I do have to agree on the sauce issue; you can "drink" 3 bottles while you dine in, but if you want some to go they start charging for a ramekin and up! The fries and rings are the BOMB......

Great smoked chicken at a great price. Also picked up some brisket, super moist and tender. Their well done French fries are superb. One of the better BBQ sauces as well. Will be back.

Have an amazing tenderloin sandwich!! And those fries oh my god. Best fries ever. Also burnt ends sandwich is to die for.

The BBQ is good. I think the building could use a renovation. It reminds me of a place that we used to go to in Concordia, Missouri called Biffle's. But Wyandot isn't quite as good, and a little more depressing. The location isn't the best, but BBQ is pretty good.
