First time at the new address. Same super burnt ends... Smokin Good❗️Cut it with a Fork tender, however why would you❓Lucas did his usual Outstanding Job serving. So pleased they moved into a larger store. If you like Burnt Ends or Ribs... This is your new go to BBQ‼️ Do not look down on this little wooden shack. They serve the best Burnt Ends on earth! Service is great too. We ordered a whole lot of meat, from ribs to burnt ends to turkey, chicken and pork. We also had fried okra, onion rings and coleslaw. Yummy altogether.

I've never tried Haywards before, despite having lived in KC for 20 years. The menu isn't overly large but they have all the staples. We had a three meat combo with ribs, burnt ends and sausage. I felt the ribs were a bit overdone and in need of sauce. Some like them that way. The burnt ends had a nice bark on them which is what I prefer. Sausage was good and I always like it as an option. They have a spicy sauce that lives up to its name. Decent draft beer selection with a nice variety of locals.

It was good. Ordered the variety platter for two. Had lunch for tomorrow. I like sweeter bbq but the meat was delicious ???? The beans were good and of course cheesy corn is always a favorite. Got to sit inside with window open. It was nice.

I stopped in to honor my Dad and brother between job A and job B for a quick bite.
This was their favorite BBQ. I had a turkey sandwich and fries. Everything was tasty ; the sauce was really good as well. It was a nice break between jobs. Cozy atmosphere with quick, efficient service. I did notice the sign out front stating they would be moving from this location shortly.

New location. Much more spacious. Food was just a good. Service a bit in the slow side.
