“I did wait 40 minutes in person for my to go order BUT the food was amazing. The burritos were huge. They loaded the fries up. It was well worth the wait. The staff was super kind to me while I waited and even gave me 2 free drinks. I hold no negative vibes towards them as the whole experience was actually quite nice and refreshing compared to other "upscale" Mexican food places. I hope they stay this time rather than closing like the 2016 lenexa location.”

“We tried glory days On Saturday. Great a service, something for everyone on the menu, clean bathrooms and plenty of parking. My daughter ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, the sauce was too sweet for her, the manager gladly made an exchange for the meatballs. They were delicious and a huge hit. I had a personal pizza and my husband ordered extra pepperoni, both were delicious. We tried the baked potato pizza and an appetizer, it was perfect to share. We will be back”

“One of my favorite things: Ordering Marco's for delivery to Pathlight Brewing, just across the parking lot. They just walk it over, extra convenient of you're sitting out on the brewery's patio that faces Marco's, and the pizza is still so hot and fresh! Easy to customize orders, including selecting different sauces and toppings (and amounts) to each half of a pizza. The original pizza crust is medium thick, and you can request crusts be cooked well done if you like. If crust isn't your thing, get a Pizza Bowl that is literally a dish of all the sauce and toppings without the crust. Variety of sandwiches, salads, and sides available too.”

“Fantastic authentic mexican food! Everything comes with salsa verde, solid portion sizes and great taste. Reminds me of being in California. I am so happy this place exists near me. Very quick service as well. Most other places have "street tacos" for $3-4 and here they are $1.75. Skip Taco Bell and go here instead. I hope they stay open and do well because I have missed having an authentic Mexican food place in the area. Take-out orders have been accurate and they do not skimp on the take-out like at other restaurants so you can safely order it to go and get all your food without worrying about getting downsized on the amount.”

“The place is relatively new (opened in April of 2021, it is now July) so I wanted to go a few times before reviewing. The first few times I could tell employees were still training because portions were small. The food has always been delicious, so that’s never a disappointment. However they have gotten additional management or training that is simply exceptional. They are always very fast, and rarely (if ever) is there a line. It is usually very busy, which is no surprise, but I have never had to wait for my food for more than a couple of minutes tops. This last time I went I was especially pleased because a supervisor was attentive enough to ask us for our opinion and admitted that as a newish location they are still smoothing things out. If this person goes up the ladder the future of the company will definitely keep thriving. Once home, the food was visibly beautiful, and of course the taste was delicious as usual. If you came here before and had a not-so-great experience I do recommend giving it another shot given that things have started running more smoothly and the portions are gigantic (especially on the large). To give an idea, my very tall (6’4”) very husky husband will usually eat three-ish meals out of one large plate. It’s mostly rice, chicken, veggies, and pasta (along with other sides you can add) and our kids are always excited to come here. It is a winner for us.”

“Amazing experience. Stacey O was our waitress and oh my gosh; absolutely the best service and experience I’ve ever had. Not joking. She is a true #1 professional. I couldn’t believe it! Not to mention the food was phenomenal. I’ve had a similar seared tuna dish at another restaurant priced $18 and the one here was $38. It sounded good on the menu but I was skeptical. First bite I could immediately tell the difference. The same rang true for every stage of our meal. I’ll be back! Who knew this was in Shawnee?!”

They were not busy so there's no reason why they should have been without a staple item. The last time we went they were out of the chicken we wanted and that took about 15 minutes. Again not busy. “Super nice staff. The place is a bit of a hole in the wall but that doesn't matter to us. We ate in. I had the Szechuan pork in my wife had the Szechuan beef. Szechuan beef was better. The crab rangoon was excellent. The prices are very reasonable. All the food was cooked fresh and the service was pretty fast. While we were there, they were doing a huge carryout business. There's a lot of traffic in and out so I think the food is considered to be pretty good by many. Will be back for sure.”
