Lutfi's Fried Fish

Excellently fried fish. Comfort food. I'm so happy to have this restaurant near me. Crispy well seasoned breading. And the chicken......Awesome! A great change from Long Johns. You must try this place!

I think your expectations need to be in line with what this restaurant is. Although they do have tables and chairs, I think this is largely a take out operation. Although we were eating in, our food was served in to go containers. The focus here isn't ambiance. But, the food is excellent. It is plentiful. We got a family order with two sides. That's 2 pounds of fish with two large sides. We chose catfish and tilapia as well as green beans with red beans and rice. We also got two small sides of hush puppies and fried okra. It was all delicious. The family meal easily feeds 4.

The BEST fried catfish I have ever tasted!! Uncle Charles cooked it to perfection! Mishele did us right by recommending that we mix the hot sauce and tartar sauce together. Made the fish pop. They let us sample the smoked chicken wings for the next time we come back, (which will be soon). Awesome people! Make it a point to come try it out and you will want to come back!!!!

Best eat out fish! Enjoyed it! Order at counter and they bring your dinner to you and check on you! Worth the drive! We'll will continue to eat there at least once a week!

The half dinner is plenty for one person (full with an extra side is definitely enough to share). The catfish is amazing, the tarter sauce and hot sauce are both perfect with the fish. Super friendly, quick service, absolutely delicious. Only thing I would change is to add a sign that shows where to order right away, when you walk in go to the left and order at the end of the counter. You won't regret it!
