Family Bistro & Sushi Bar

Amazing food for everyone. My 4 yr old sat still long enough to eat a whole plate of sushi!!

I LOVE taking my kids here because their menu is so diverse! They have pizza, sushi, lasagna, grilled cheese, mexican, soup, fries, etc. Whatever each of my kids are in the mood for... boom: We go here and everyone is happy!

My personal favorite is the Fried Crab Rangoon served as a sushi roll. It's SOOOO good!! I never thought the combination of those would work, but it's amazing!

Tried quite a bit of the menu. A bit pricey, but very good. The sushi is the best in Leavenworth/Lansing. Calamari is good, but large rings, which isn't my favorite style (I prefer tentacles and lighter breading). Cole slaw is a bit mayo-heavy, but good. The shrimp platter came with three types of shrimp, which were all good, but not great. The escargot was very tasty. As was the miso soup.
All in all, a very good meal, albeit a little pricey. I will be returning, and trying more of the menu. I'll be reordering the sushi and escargot.

AMAZING! I was a little skeptical about the place on the sushi but is was a hidden gem! The staff was awesome, fast and friendly. Was able to watch our rolls get made and parking was nice. I will be going back!! If they added a couple cast iron tables out front to eat would be so nice too!

They always have phenomenal service and food! They have an extensive variety of options on their menu, even the pickiest eaters are bound to find something they like here. It definitely has the local small town feeling, it’s cozy and it’s always a pleasant experience when we visit here. Definitely check them out, you won’t regret it!
