Excellent food, quick and well priced. Everything tastes homemade. Unique flavor of the Himalayas. Try the butter chicken!
Easy to miss building however, could use a sign on the front indicating it's a restaurant and not part of the hotel.
What a delightful find! This humble property contains the first Himalayan restaurant I've seen thus far in the state. Food is prepared fresh with high quality ingredients including fresh cut vegetables, lean meat, and olive oil. Quite good. Wait staff very attentive
My family loves the Post Rock Restaurant! Dil and Bimla are so hospitable, the portions are generous, and the food is delicious. Whether you order a cheeseburger and fries or one of the wonderful Himalayan inspired dishes, you’ll enjoy dining in or getting take-out.
We LOVE post rock. It is clean and the owner and his wife are friendly and kind. Prices are fair, and the food comes out quick! I would reccomend the chicken chow mein and the tiki Masala. Naan is hot and yummy. We have been twice, and recieved great service both times.

I stopped to fill up with fuel at the gas station on the highway, and asked if there was a good place to grab lunch. The fellow there said a new Himalayan restaurant just opened this week at the motel, and he’d heard good things. Well, he was right, this place is excellent! It’s obviously new, and it’s very clean and bright inside. The owner is very friendly and took the time to tell me all about the special. I ordered the butter chicken, and it was made fresh so it took about 10 minutes to come out... well worth the wait. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the sauce was creamy and spiced (without being “hot”), and the fried rice was as good as I’ve had in a while. The side of green beans and chickpeas was steaming and delicious, and very flavorful. The naan was just a touch thin and greasy but it was still quite good. It’s a little more expensive than I usually pay for lunch ($20 with tip) but it was a great meal. I’ll be back next time I’m near Lincoln!
