“I was hesitant about trying the food as I'd never had Jamaican food, however, the owner took a considerable amount of time explaining the flavors and cooking techniques to make sure I could tolerate the spice. He allowed me to try some of the sauces and frankly, everything was delicious. My family got three different dishes plus plantains and jerk fries and we were all completely satisfied and had leftovers for later. I would suggest everyone try this place, it's amazing!”

I understand night shift is a little more expensive to hire, but there is a very long line to order and mcds just can't seem to hire enough people for nights. I'm not sure what the reasons are for not hiring enough people at night are, but it's upsetting that clearly late nights are very busy, and mcds won't have enough people to take care of the customers. Instead of having me leave the girl spoke to a manager and then warmly welcomed me inside and escorted us directly to a table. She promptly brought us drinks as it was very hot today. “Let me tell you, I had a large order for my whole work office of 6 people, and my service was EXCEPTIONAL! Honest to God, I am floored. The younger man who took my orders ( I was had a few different payment methods/orders) was happy to help me. When I told him it was a large order I didn't meet any resistance or hesitance. The gal making pretzels was nothing but smiles. There was an older woman who went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She made sure my order was straight, because it was all to go ( and mostly bites) she individually bagged each of my orders, and threw in an icing for my cinnamon pretzel!!! She even went as far as to put it in a box for easy of caring back out to my car! BONUS: she gave me a few of the little app fliers as well to give out with my orders so they can get bonus goodies! It was honestly the best experience I've ever had at any establishment in Salina Kansas. Thank you so much for making my day!”

“Love this place for eating. I've used the app the last few times for ordering and everything's is always right. Not having to worry about checking to verify if you got everything is a major plus. They really get things taken care of. If you're a breakfast person you have to try there nice sized cinnamon rolls which are the best in town. The creation of the new family packs are awesome with a lot of different options to fit every family. The curbside pickup option is great and convenient, it's always out in a flash. The one thing that's a little tricky is the parking lot space for the carry out option for orders get there early before it's packed or it will be a tight squeeze.”

“TL;DR: Do not purchase "egift cards" for BWW as you are REQUIRED to bring them in person to pay. You cannot pay using them online or over the phone nor can you use them to purchase physical gift cards to avoiding doing so again in the future. Full story: So we are doing everything we can to reduce our covid footprint. A few weeks back, we received a BWW egift card for $50. We went online to order deliver and use the card, but there isn't any way to plug it in as a payment. So I call and they say you MUST come in to use the egift card. I'm not happy about it, but I do. While I'm there I think I could just pay for the meal and buy another actual $50 gift card so next time I wouldn't have to come back in, again reducing covid footprint, since our meal was only $26. First woman doesn't know how to do it so she goes and gets the manager, Bridget, who starts to ring it up, but then when I go to pay, says "You can't buy a gift card with an egift card". She said it use to let them do that but not anymore. I go back and forth for a bit and then ask if I could get the email to file a complaint because, part of it is she isn't responsible for corporate policy, and if that's what is going on, then corporate needs to get their stuff together and get this fixed. She doesn't have the email nor does she try to find it for me and just tells me to go look it up on the website. So I don't think it was handled super well and I think BWW corporate needs to either accept egift cards online as a payment OR allow a customer to swap them out for real, physical gift cards so people don't have to risk getting or giving Covid. I dislike leaving poor reviews, but I also loathe idiotic rules that make no sense.”
