“Larger space inside than it appears from the outside. There are plenty of seats at a large bar. Hightop tables in the dining room. Small menu with sub and sandwich choices, sides such as chips, macaroni salad. The food came out hot, surprisingly fast, and good portion sizes. The atmosphere was nice, lots of items on the wall from Salina's past, old signs, pictures. My only complaint with my visit, the obscene, and trashy music coming from the kitchen.”

“This is a great place to get gas. Also, in regards to cigarettes, I've found none cheaper anywhere for my brand. They always take coupons, both printed and mobile. I know I should quit smoking; working on that. It says car wash but I don't think that is correct. Their is a liquor store attached to the building so if you need beer, cigs, and gas, it's all here! Oh; the gals who work here are friendly, fast, efficient, and just make it a pleasurable place to utilize. They deserve raises because they are that good! Also, I received a non saving coupon at Dillons which said this place is a new addition for using your "fuel saving" points earned at Dillons Grocery stores. That's great news!”

“When I'm on the road I like to find these little unique to the area, truck stops that are out of the way and feel safe kind of vibe. There was a few spots parking in a family a nice little secure spot. I nestled against the front of the building between two semis. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a really nice dining Cafe practically in the parking lot called Russell's. Excellent food and service. I highly recommend it. The store was very clean and neatly stocked with a wide assortment of merchandise. They had stuff for truckers, general public and souvenirs for The Travelers. The restrooms were exceptionally clean. The employees were very friendly. I guess my only complaint or suggestion would be that they had some kind of hot food offerings. A lot of us OTR drivers always like a little something something, unique, tasty and hot. If this was Texas where I'm from there would be a Taqueria in it but they have overdone them in Texas. A little Grill would be really cool. I'm always grateful to the people who run these small truck stops for giving us a place to park and sleep so I try to patronize them and spend some money with him. Thank you for providing for us because I know that putting up with some of nasty truckers who throw s*** out everywhere must be hard. I'm not talking about all Truckers because I am one but those who have no respect.”

“I had really high hopes for this place, perhaps too high. I know they are new and perhaps will modify the atmosphere to a more Italian/romantic vibe but it fell short here. Still the decor of the old restaurant. The chicken modomio was excellent along with the lobster ravioli. The bread tastes like regular bread despite having a seasoning on the outside. Although very soft, lacked flavor. The salad was very good and exceeded my expectations. The meatballs were the worst thing I had. Reminded me of canned dog food, definitely not Italian. The sauce it came with was a bit bland but you could tell it didn’t come from a can which was good. The calamari was just ok. For $100+ meal, it should have better. Overall, I recommend over the other popular Italian restaurant in town. I think it still has room for improvement and hope they make some tweaks for even more success. I would go again for the main courses.”

Food was good as usual and it was during the lunch hour which is when everyone is grouchy but she was great. Not only that but she was on top of the trash outside. My mom, sister and I went in early evening and it was pretty quiet when we entered the Escape room (which was fantastic) but when we exited, the place had started to fill up.
