    Charlie's Philly sandwiches are the best. Not anymore expensive than another similar restaurant and Charlie's are not skimpy.

    Sometimes if we go haircut on base while I'm waiting for my husband and kids to get done in haircut I come to eat here.When there's no line ( lunch hour or rush hour is over) The cashier just standing up infront the register ( of course lol) and just watching you or looking at you .Is she supposed to say Hi may /can I help you ?
