The Original Mexi-Kan Kitchen

I really liked it overall! Friendly staff, tacos were good, salsa was really good, chips were a tad stale. I ordered the #1 fluffy taco with chips and salsa, cheese quesadilla for the kid and some churros. The tacos were great and my daughter really liked her quesadilla. If you are not into really hot hot hot salsa then get the medium, the hot salsa is very hot but I loved it! Will probably visit this place more often in Derby!

Great food. Long waits every time I've gone. Drive thru, you order and then you have to order again at the window. Very slow.

This is my personal favorite place to go eat on base. I can't wait for them to open up one off base that way people who do not have access to the base can enjoy their food. I personally like their quesadillas with the green chili pork pulled pork. I can never get enough of that stuff. The owner is very nice and his staff seem very loyal to making a good experience when you receive your food.

Your classic food-truck taste, perfected in a perfected in a real brick and mortar storefront. Manny's dishes out the same great food they did from their trucks, you just get to enjoy it in air-conditioning. Their Street Tacos are amazing.
