Buffalo Wild Wings

Slow service. Poor planning on behalf of management when handling online orders and getting them out in a timely manner. Waited nearly 40 minutes two days in a row for my to-go orders that were placed well in advance to my arrival.

I placed an order to go online for the buy one get one traditional wings. I went to pick up my order and headed home. Got a phone call about 10 minutes later they forgot my sauce is and they went ahead and made it up by delivering me another fresh order of 20 wings and gave me two of their 12 ounce sauce bottles within 15 minutes. That was Super generous and amazing from their part. Greatly appreciate the amazing customer service.

Food was good started with the fried pickles (the southwest ranch had great flavor), then got a large boneless with Parmesan garlic and medium but some of the wings barely had any sauce on them. The veggies also tasted as if they had but sitting out as they were a little soggy. The service was great, and super friendly. I just wish the quality of the food would have been a little bit better!

They are doing it's very good place on game day TV's everywhere so if you miss a play that's because your digging into that plate. They'll make your food the way you want it. Nice place. But at times can be to much adult excitement for young toddlers. Keep up the great work and get your wings today before going home.
