Been reading some not so good reviews so I wanted to come in and check it out. Ended up having a good experience with the workers and also the food. Only a couple people ahead of us and they workers moved along swiftly and were courteous to the people. Then it came to us and we enjoyed good service all the way to checking out. I had the Italian sub regular size (the middle size of the 3 sizes they offer) and everything was fresh. The sand which station they used was clean and no clutter around. No wait to ring me out. I wanted root beer and the syrup seemed out, but they got it switched quickly. We grabbed a table by the window and it was cleaned off, so that was nice. They did put window tint on the windows to block the Sun from coming in, so that’s nice for the people sitting by the windows. I would like to check them out again to see if their service is as consistent as it was today. Hopefully they are because jersey mikes gives a good product all over the nation. Today was no different.
I was a little skeptical walking in, as I usually order via the app. The first team member I spoke with was indifferent, when I asked how his day was going, he replied he was slicing meat....okay. The attitude improved as I slid down the rail to sandwich toppings. And when I forget to enter my phone number for points "mom" stepped up to help. A super polite, helpful, kind mom (manager?) was delightful and proud of her children who also worked there. This was a much better experience than my first visit in.

Very clean, efficient and friendly! They have a point system that can quickly earn a free sandwich. I had not been able to get my points (user error!) for previous purchases. When inquiring about it, they were quite accommodating!! I will bring past receipts, and they will update my points!
