Chick N Max

First time at the restaurant. Friendly service & explanation of menu items at the drive thru. I ordered the Power Bowl & loved it. We'll definitely return!

I was impressed! This was the only Chick N Max I've found with a drive thru. Big bonus!
The smoked chicken legs were amazing. I opened my box and the smell was incredible. For a moment I thought I had been given BBQ! The seasoning on the fries was good. The Kickin' Mac & Cheese was good too. It looked crazy spicy, but it was well balanced. It didn't burn, but left a warm tingle in the back of my throat.

Food is incredible, fantastic, amazing! Today afternoon the gentleman at the front counter did an outstanding job. He was polite, helpful, we talk and cheer me up, he was kind and we talk about people we lost. He recommended a bucket of tender and sides for my family and we loved it. Only downfall he forgot to tell me how good the cornbread are! 10/10 highly recommended!!!

Location is hard to see from the roadside, Easy to pass by due to no roadside signage. I hope the correct this. Restaurant is new, very clean and staff was polite. Chicken is delicious with many side choices available. My only dislike is that ALL the meals (singles and family) come with beverages, they can NOT be swapped for a side or meals discounted. This is a HUGE disappointment and waste of $ for someone who only drinks water ???? if this situation could be fixed, they'd be a solid 5⭐ and have my repeated business.
