IHOP

Dropped in to meet with a friend. Beverages were all we ordered. Waitress was attentive. She quickly replaced the off tasting beverage with a 2nd glass of same beverage and it was good. Coffee was good also. It was quiet while we were there, but this place can get real busy at peak times. Plan accordingly.

I was delivering to Sam's Club and came in for breakfast. Greeted and seated quickly. Order taken and waiter came back and apologized for the wait saying the kitchen was backed up. Well it was Saturday so that was expected. Food was on the table five minutes later. I didn't think it was a wait at all. Service, food, wait staff, and dining area all on point. Surprised to see the manager making rounds in the dining area greeting customers, something you just don't see anymore. Four stars because of cheap prices for the service and food you get...

Nice clean store! The help is always happy, smiling and working together like good friends! The food is great, always served quickly, hot and good. This by far the best I Hop around!

It's clean, but that should be expected because it's new. Bacon was good; crisp without being burnt. That's where my positive review ends. Eggs were overcooked. Hash browns were so thin and the portion was so small, I considered getting another order of them. The presentation on the red, white, and blue pancakes left a little to be desired, but the flavor left a lot to be desired. I didn't know pancakes could be crunchy. I learned something new today. My waitress came by the table twice. Once to get my order and once to drop it off. I think it's safe to say you could find a better breakfast, but if IHOP is what you want, it won't kill you to eat there.

Trusted franchise so the food was what one would expect from any iHOP. The brand new facility ensured it was clean and well maintained. Friendly service and despite going during peak breakfast hours the wait was negligible @20minutes for a party of 3
