Watching them make the icecream is amazing fun-and it tastes amazing. Lots of options too!

The people are friendly and the process of watching them "roll" the ice cream is fun, but the actual ice cream is nothing special. It leaves an odd film on the roof of your mouth kind of like when you eat Captain Crunch. Must be some kind of oil in the ice cream that allows it to roll.

The experience of watching the ice cream being made was fun but the amount of time to order, pay, and wait wasnt.
The employees were polite and did their jobs well.
The quality of ice cream was mediocre, it was the fillings, toppings and syrups that gave most of the flavor....and LOTS of sugar.
They had an interactive video game on the floor for the kiddos, bright colors, comfortable tables, and lots of natural light.
A nice treat every now and again but for the price and time it took, not often.

A cut above the competition...

At the end of the day the ice cream quality was in step with all the other rolled ice cream parlors but the Associates were more friendly engaging and customer focused which made this a fun energetic atmosphere that you want to return to again and again. The gigantic floor video game was a special touch that the kids were able to stomp on digital bugs and bubbles while they waited for their sweet treat. High ceilings a very open floor plan, huge glass panes overlooking even more outdoor seating made this place feel larger than life. A very special place well worth paying attention to.
