Had great food here, wasn't a fan of the ranch but it was a good salad. Would like to see more menu options in the future!

I usually dislike...nay, I usually STRONGLY dislike...eating at hotel restaurants. Typically far overpriced for what they provide, I rarely even consider them. What possessed me to go here tonight I do not know. It was a serendipitously uncharacteristic choice. And it was really, really worth it.

My server was a young man who moved here for the weather. Sort of. (You’ll have to ask him. ;-) Pleasant, attentive, friendly, and courteous, he pointed me toward their “Lamb T-Bone” plate. I must admit my initial thought was that it must be the most expensive plate on the menu, as lamb sometimes is. I was pleasantly surprised to find this was actually not the case at all. He spoke glowingly of the plate and I so I succumbed.

I dare say this was the best lamb I recall eating in recent (last 5 years, at least) memory. It was excellently cooked, wonderfully prepared, and perfectly complemented by the accompanying vegetables and garnishments. I second his recommendation very, very highly.

Next time through town, I’ll be looking at this one again!

We ate here several times during our stay and experienced all three meals. Fantastic food and service. The Sunday brunch is worth the price and I highly recommend the donuts and holes dessert. My only knock is they need someone better as a host/hostess. A nice restaurant/bar inside the Hyatt. Pricier than something similar in Wichita's Brickyard restaurant district,

Service and food was good. Unfortunately there is not a large variety of options.

Great farm-to-table food with gluten free and vegetarian options.
