Perfect Plate

I work in the building, so I eat there at least once a week. Their food is consistently fresh and delicious. The parfaits with fresh fruit are great, their paninis are fantastic, and their soups are top notch too. See for yourself!

The Garvey Center location is on the Kiva Basement level. It’s quiet, easy to pop in and get what want, and a nice little spot with indoor and outdoor seating.

Food, staff, and service are all excellent. Definitely recommend if you need healthy meal options.

Love that Kira has put together a wonderful meal prep company. She has extensive background in culinary arts. After her own person weight loss transformation journey she choose to use her skill to help others to help others eat more nutritiously! Give it a try, you will not be disappointed! Delicious and quick. In from out of town and this is one of the best BLTs I’ve had ever!!

Their lunch and dinner selection was a little slim. There were two paninis to choose from. And you could choose from a fridge of grab and go meals. Great for someone who needs to get something and take it back to work! The sandwich I had was delicious.
