Japan express is close to my heart. The food is always fresh and I have never doubted that it will be delicious. The take out orders are always speedy fast and the customer service is very good. Everything about it is great except the interior appearance, it could use a bit of a freshening up but besides its great :)

Always consistent with amazing food. The 12B is one of my favorite dishes. The pork is always perfectly fried and I crave the marinated eggs. The white rice with meat and vegs are on point. There can be a little wait with food sometimes, but never very long and always worth it. Been coming for years and will continue to.

Service is always friendly! It can be a small wait sometimes, but it is always worth it! The pan fried dumplings are the best in town!

Definitely my favorite in Wichita. The PORK pan fried dumplings, everyday forever I’d be happy! The spicy sauce for dipping, yum! So savory and soft, perfect cook. The crab ragoons, are my favorite crab ragoons ever because they use real green onion and it makes them amazing, along with the thin wrap for awesome crunch, creamy amazingness. I’m pretty sure it’s all handmade. And the taste shows. The egg rolls are great too!! The rice is amazing, I could eat it alone. I often will get a side of rice with the sausage mix on top- YUM! The combos are all super large portions. The roast chicken is amazing, moist, and a delicious crispy skin! The pork chops are great. Thin, juicy, crispy- everything you want. So any of the combos like the pork with that sticky sweet sauce, the pork on top of mixed vegetables scramble with eggs and special sauce, any of them will make you happy!! The ramen, must be popular, because some days they sell out of it soon. The staff is the best, and so very nice and helpful. It’s in a great location, so it’s easy to find. A great place to eat there or take out.
