My wife and I got the grab and go Thai Turkey Wrap for lunch and it was AWESOME! Jamelah is incredible and we’ll definitely be going back to try some other meals!

Sometimes it can be difficult to cook for my family. Though I love doing it and enjoy the challenge in being crafty when it comes to having vegetarian kids and a husband who's a meat and potatoes guy (I'm in between). NourishICT has made it so much easier to plan weekly meals. Most dishes on the menu have vegetarian versions, so you can customize each meal with your own protein choice. I'll pick a meal that looks and sounds tasty and order the vegetarian option for my kids and the meat one for my husband (I'll choose one or the other for myself depending on my mood 😉). Each week there are different meals to choose from and the ingredients are locally sourced! Jamelah is such a sunny, good-natured person who radiates enthusiasm for her work that you can hardly wait to try what she's prepared for you!

Do you ever eat food and think how good you’re treating your body? That’s how I feel when I eat Nourish ICT meals. Not only is it a completely GF facility, but their ingredients are locally sourced and some are even grown on site. How cool is that?! My extremely picky teenager and 5 year old both love the meals. The stacked enchiladas, cheeseburger bowl, creamy artichoke bowl and anything with yummy sauce are our favorites. I don’t know how they make their dressings and sauces sooo delicious and dairy free, but I am FOR IT!!! Thank you!!!!

Nourish ICT offers a nice variety of meals weekly. They are all gluten free and made with high quality ingredients. I have been ordering weekly since February and haven't found a meal I didn't like. The owner Jamelah is wonderful to work with and genuinely cares about her customers. I truly appreciate having a meal service available to me that is gluten free, healthy, and delicious.

I have been ordering Nourish ICT meal preps weekly for the last 6-8 weeks plus. I started because my job is mobile and as a contractor if I stop to eat, I don’t make money.

Jamelah is amazing and knowledgeable about her food and sources she gets her ingredients. She has been helpful in navigating my new found wheat allergy. Her meals are healthy and unique. Even my husband has jumped on board! They are Not like other meal prep places. She offers affordable sides and family style meals.

When my friend was down on their luck I bought a family style meal, she threw in a breakfast quiche to help. Her generosity and love for her job shows and she is a staple to the community. I am so happy to have made a great friend and be able to support this small business owner!
