So good!!! Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Asked for help ordering and got the one she said was, "makes you hurt so good", and she was right, amazing!
Amazing German food! They make everything in house and you can tell. The sauerkraut is way better than the supermarket stuff. Definitely will be back!
We ate here on a Sunday which is a good time to go because they aren't as busy. Every bite of food just explodes in your mouth with flavor! Everything we ordered was fresh & you can hear them making it from scratch as they prepare the schnitzel! Relaxing atmosphere on a rainy Sunday! A must try in Wichita!
It was our first time in. Love the environment as we where sat upstairs. Got to know the people that sat with us verry friendly people. Enjoyed good food can I say that again; enjoyed good food. Server was on top of our questions from food to beer. All in all a good fun experience, and yes, we will be back!
Prost was an experience. It is visually stunning and an interesting mix of architecture and German kitch. However, bench seating combined with the size constraint of shipping containers makes it a tight squeeze for customers. Smells and exhaust from the kitchen also linger in the loft seating. The food and service was less than amazing. As someone who doesn't LOVE German food I was hopeful that there would be a menu that would appeal to my newbie palate but no luck. It was unfamiliar and did not inspire me to reach beyond my comfort zone. The beer menu had quite a few German and German inspired beers but nothing contemporary and no cocktails. Overall, an interesting and beautiful space but not somewhere I would visit again.
