I feel healthy making that choice. I have more energy to get things done. My body changed a lot when I followed my workout with nutrition. My trainer Alma said results happen in the kitchen. It is so nice to not have to make it myself. Soulfit Nutrition is a store front for Herbal Life Products. If you haven’t heard about this company your missing out.
They have a very large store front, they have cool classes from different gyms, in the area. They have Dr’s come in and do workshops where they help you understand the proper form when working out. It is great!
