The plates come with a sweet and savory bread which was a nice surprise. The fries were not your average take out fry and had a nice crisp. The pita is very soft and pillowy and is delicious with the hummus & gyro meat and as a sandwich. The owner is very kind and genuine person. Truly enjoyed the place. “First time to visit Tamales and Monchis Guanajuato! Oh my goodness! Their food is great and very tasty! The gentleman that took our order was very friendly and knowledgeable about their food items! He explained the whole menu to us. Very cheerful and joyful! Their dining area was very clean and colorful! We gave our order and within just a few minutes it was ready and brought out to us! Their tamales are very good! These are the best tamales that we had in a long time. Very moist and done greatly!! You gotta check them out for yourself!! We'll have to visit them again soon!!
