“This place has a very cool atmosphere. It’s chill vibe and beer selection is a nice option if you want to escape Wichita for a more laid back venue. The bartenders were excellent! I don’t even like beer so they made a drink for me based on what I DO like. Super accommodating! The drink was fantastic. The food, though…we had high hopes but it just did not taste that good to us. We also thought it was kind of pricey for what it was. We’ll go back again for drinks in a cool atmosphere, but we’ll eat before we go.”

“Eehh, I have been to this Starbucks a few times at the drive thru and have always had an extended wait. I thought I would avoid it by using the app for a change. And I did. I still got in the store before my simple order was done. But the wait inside the store wasn't so bad. Called my name. Picked up my coffee and headed to my car. Took a sip...I am not even sure if it was room temperature! I took it back in and asked if they typically sold cold coffee?!? Lol.. the woman at the counter seemed surprised when she checked that it was indeed cold coffee. They immediately made me a cup of pour over coffee. Not sure how you can confuse a cold cup of coffee with a hot one. I will probably give them one more chance.”

“Not overly impressed with my Friday happy hour visit. The service started really good with drinks being returned immediately until the waitress talked to a customer for 20 mins straight when my friend needed ketchup. The House Mac wasn't anything fancy...pretty bland with very little extras and spices. The environment is a minimalist approach which is a little depressing when service stopped. Definitely waiting for The Anchor to open back up because I doubt I'll visit Rail Hoppers again.”

“AJ's has typically been a great spot for pizza and bar food. We started with fried pickles and the garlic bread. The sauce was good, but the garlic toast was dense and tasteless. The bread was cut far too thick and seemed lazy in the approach. The fried pickles, thankfully, were appropriately crispy and well seasoned. Finally, the kiddo ordered a cookie and it was underwhelming. It was a tad over cooked and needed some ice cream or something to balance the flavors. Luckily, the pizza remains food and the beer specials make it worthy of a return.”

“Been reading some not so good reviews so I wanted to come in and check it out. Ended up having a good experience with the workers and also the food. Only a couple people ahead of us and they workers moved along swiftly and were courteous to the people. Then it came to us and we enjoyed good service all the way to checking out. I had the Italian sub regular size (the middle size of the 3 sizes they offer) and everything was fresh. The sand which station they used was clean and no clutter around. No wait to ring me out. I wanted root beer and the syrup seemed out, but they got it switched quickly. We grabbed a table by the window and it was cleaned off, so that was nice. They did put window tint on the windows to block the Sun from coming in, so that’s nice for the people sitting by the windows. I would like to check them out again to see if their service is as consistent as it was today. Hopefully they are because jersey mikes gives a good product all over the nation. Today was no different.”

“Stopped here for lunch. The inside was very nice. I was greeted and seated promptly. I was then supplied with chip and 3 sauces, like others have said the sauce in the bowl was very runny but it had great flavor. The other 2 were in bottles, a green sauce and a red hot sauce. They both had great flavor, the hot was a bit much for my tastes, I found that mixing the green and red made for an excellent taste. I ordered the enchiladas, probably some of the best I've had. They were stuffed full of meat and the sauce on that covered them was full of flavor. The tortillas were corn with I don't normally like but these were thick and had a mild corn taste that did not over power which is what I prefer. The rice was bland but I've only found one place that I like the rice. The refried beans were some of the best I've had, next time I will probably asked for double beans and skip the rice. My waiter did a good job but he was the only person waiting tables and seating people so while he did great considering the circumstances I felt the service could have been better. They have a large menu and I want to go back and try other things. The items remind me of what I see in Chihuahua when I go there for work. The prices are on the higher side but if the amount of food is comparable to what I got then it will be worth it.”
