“They're not very good at helping you get the best deal. Like my grandson wanted only a pancake and my granddaughter wanted a special. Instead of suggesting the special that comes with unlimited pancakes so my grandson could just have a pancake, we had to order stuff we didn't want and didn't eat. That happened more than once and one time when I was by myself as well, after I ordered, I noticed a special that they didn't even mention that was pretty much what I ordered but was less money, they didn't tell me about it. Coffee price is outrageous.”

“My experience with ordering my food was GREAT! However I ordered shrimp and kimchi fried rice. I paid extra to have them in my rice 3.50 on top of the regular price for my rice. I had 4 shrimp in my whole entire order. My rice tasted great and was awesome anyway. I just felt like there could have been maybe 8 shrimp in my box. This is a great restaurant and is very clean. The shrimp is the only reason I gave a 4 star rating. If I had more I would have given a 5.”

“Braum’s as a company is known to serve quality food, ice cream and groceries. Their ice cream is my personal favorite out off all the other brands. I usually don’t leave a bad review depending on a single event if I regularly visit that place. I visit this Braum’s as it’s conveniently located in front of my work. Some of the employees are not representing the company values. They usually take the order wrong or make the wrong stuff, do not pay attention to details. Consistency of good customer service is what will keep bringing sales to a business.”
