Herman's Meat & Smokehouse

First time diner so wasn't sure what to order or how much either . The one meat and one side was more than adequate for lunch. Fairly quick service on our meals. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Social distancing and masks were properly handled. The food was excellent as always, and the staff quick and courteous.

I would definitely recommend this place! I really liked the service on both the meat market and restaurant side. They had ground veal and pork, both of which I couldn't find at Dillon's. They have decent prices considering the pork market as it is. My pulled pork sandwich was delicious - a little on the lean side. The mild BBQ sauce is one I would buy to take home.

I am rating Herman's with 3 stars because even thought the food was good the service was less than stellar. Cashier did a poor job trying to clarify what was what and left us confused and changing our order 3 times to try and get what we wanted. Less than pleasant demeanor. Food was tasty but quantity is less than you will get at Dickies. Atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired here.
