(June 14, 2020, 5:50 pm)Top notch eatery in NOTO. Fantastic job renovating the building. An awesome, ever-changing menu of homemade "melts" (Don't call them grilled cheese!). I recommend whatever the daily special is, with their homemade potato chips, and for an appetizer have their homemade pretzel with cheese.

(July 13, 2019, 10:41 pm)This place has phenomenal food and great local beer. Their homemade beer cheese is only $3 and comes with delicious seasoned kettle chips. Totally worth it! I had the classic grilled cheese with Gouda and mozzarella plus guacamole and my side was sweet potato chips. I can’t wait to go back and eat again. Highly recommend!

(June 28, 2019, 1:20 pm)First visit was great! Went at lunch time and the service was a little slow but the place was packed, both inside and on the patio. The food was great! Great flavor, interesting combos of cheese, breads, sauces, etc. The tomato bisque soup was delish also! Worth visiting if in Topeka and the NOTO area is neat as well.
