“There are not enough words or stars to express how much I adore this coffee shop, especially the downtown location. You can tell how much Doug pours his heart and soul (and espresso) into his cafe. The art exhibits are cycled every couple of months, I believe. Both locations feature local artists who hang their musings on the walls and into the eyes community, giving everyone (locals and visitors), a chance to connect and even support local businesses and art communities. The ambiance is quiet, warm, and inviting. Their radio is soft enough to have pleasant conversations over but just loud enough to take in your surroundings. In addition, their music selection is broad: from the 60s to current hits – No matter what is on their radio, it adds that extra touch of familiarity. Every Thursday, I stop in with large drink orders, which Nicole and Doug handle like champs. To add, they remember names and orders – and not just mine and my co-workers: Time and time again, I witness a patron walk through the front door, and Nicole or Doug are already preparing that person's order and greeting them by name and a smile. This coffee shop is a staple and a beloved gem of the Topeka Community. I love this place and I love you, Doug and Nicole! Thank you for making my mornings so warm and bright!”

“TS Cafe has had some ups and downs over the years, but now I think they've got it figured out. It looks clean and ship shape, free of clutter and looks like it fits in with the overall new renovations of the Townsite Plaza area. Their new breakfast is legit, homemade, and fills the soul. Come hungry when you order a 4 egg omelet :), it's a beast! I usually get their burgers for lunch and they are fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly and always wants to make your experience better. I'm looking forward to it staying around for a long time!”

“Cute small Cafe actually what am I talking about this Cafe has some pretty good room. Very clean and everyone's very friendly. This is a good atmosphere for if you're looking for a quiet place to study or do things on your computer or read. I ordered the sausage burrito plant-based and my boyfriend ordered the same burrito but with pork sausage they looked exactly the same but they tasted great I had no complaints. They have a nice small selection of things on their menus for breakfast and lunch and they provide non dairy, Vegetarian options. We enjoyed playing a puzzle while we were waiting for our food. We also ordered the chai latte and s'mores cappuccino which was very very delicious by the way highly recommend. I was passing through Topeka like I was today I'd probably stop by here again.”

“I had a great experience here with a late night mobile order. Their computer system went down and they could not run cards or bring up my order. The head grill cook asked me for my order and they made it up as fast as they could, in spite of the big technical issues they were dealing with at the time. The late night crew handled the issue excellently and got be out of there with my hot, freshly made food in a few short minutes. Someone give them a raise!!”

“What a fun corner cafe! Excellent staff were buzzing through the diner this morning when we visited around 10am. It was busy, but there were open tables and we were seated right away. We got coffee and two huge breakfast for about $20 bucks. The food was great and we ate some of the best biscuits and gravy we’ve ever had! Yum!! We will have to come back to try the pie!
