“We are regulars here, and food was way too salty, must have a new cook? Guac too salty, chicken, rice, beans...all too salty. We will wait until they can get their cook trained better. Sad to see this happen, just not the same food this time around, and we order the same thing every time. Ended up not eating much of our food or guac. Time to eat somewhere else for awhile. Also not a fan of waiters not writing down orders, never works.”

“The entire store needed to be cleaned, all the tables were dirty, while workers just stood around. The food was good, a lot of rice not a lot of toppings, the skimp on the toppings. The area where you get your silverware needed to be stocked, had to go ask for silverware. The place just could of used a good cleaning.”

“I was in Topeka a few weeks ago and brought in 3 of my littles after school for a small treat. We ended up trying half a dozen cookies and they were all incredible!!! Not only that, everyone working there was so nice and cool with the hyper sugar-filled kiddos taking over. I have already recommended Dirty Dough to several people and they loved it. “Wanted to try a great piece of fried chicken. Googled searched this place. The view outside the establishment is nice. The ambiance was nice and workers were friendly. The order consisted of 1 order of (Sweet Chili w Rice) and 1 order of (Bulgogi Wings w Sweet Potatoes Waffles) the total was $12.55 for each Combo Wings. The Wings could have been Fried HARDER and Take Ya time No Rush.”

“Very nice and pleasant atmosphere and the beers are great! The food and friendly staff really ahone through tho the two times we've visited. Staff always kept our mugs and bellies full! Highly recommend anything on the menu literally anything lol. The meatball Sammy and pork cutlet Sammy are really on point and the beet chips are just melt in your mouth. Their old fashioned are expertly crafted as well and are a must try. Highly recommend both locations with an Odin's one eye PA!”

“*The interior design of this restaurant is absolutely beautiful, warm and welcoming. *the food came hot and ready the wait time I would say was less than 15minutes. *there’s a bar area there as well *There are various tabling options and if you love to take photos there many backgrounds that you can use. *the chipotle enchiladas and rice was really good. “This is a very unique place. It was a girl's night. We enjoyed the pizza and salad with chicken added. Our service was very good. We had the Emerald drinks. That was one of the specials for the night. They were terrific. At some restaurants the drink specials can be lacking, not these. My daughter and friends attended a cookie decorating class. Their cookies were so pretty. I would definitely go back to this gem of a brewery! It was such fun.”

“There are not enough words or stars to express how much I adore this coffee shop, especially the downtown location. You can tell how much Doug pours his heart and soul (and espresso) into his cafe. The art exhibits are cycled every couple of months, I believe. Both locations feature local artists who hang their musings on the walls and into the eyes community, giving everyone (locals and visitors), a chance to connect and even support local businesses and art communities. The ambiance is quiet, warm, and inviting. Their radio is soft enough to have pleasant conversations over but just loud enough to take in your surroundings. In addition, their music selection is broad: from the 60s to current hits – No matter what is on their radio, it adds that extra touch of familiarity. Every Thursday, I stop in with large drink orders, which Nicole and Doug handle like champs. To add, they remember names and orders – and not just mine and my co-workers: Time and time again, I witness a patron walk through the front door, and Nicole or Doug are already preparing that person's order and greeting them by name and a smile. This coffee shop is a staple and a beloved gem of the Topeka Community. I love this place and I love you, Doug and Nicole! Thank you for making my mornings so warm and bright!”

“TS Cafe has had some ups and downs over the years, but now I think they've got it figured out. It looks clean and ship shape, free of clutter and looks like it fits in with the overall new renovations of the Townsite Plaza area. Their new breakfast is legit, homemade, and fills the soul. Come hungry when you order a 4 egg omelet :), it's a beast! I usually get their burgers for lunch and they are fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly and always wants to make your experience better. I'm looking forward to it staying around for a long time!”
