Golden Taipei

Only help was a young man who had to do everything by himself as the owner was cooking. He was very polite but rather overwhelmed by all he did. Food had a salty taste to it but otherwise was acceptable. Have not eaten here in over a year and nothing has changed. Acceptable place to sit and chat over lunch, or dinner.

Food was very good. It was definitely prepared as ordered (not sitting in a warming tray). General Gsos chicken had just the right spice. Shane was a quiet and efficient waiter. Only negative was that the building itself was too warm for me personally.

Was back in this week and nice and cool.

Portions were not huge (although appropriate for lunch), but food was better then we expected for a random stop in Kansas and they had good vegetarian options. We would definitely come back if we were passing through again.

Fantastic food! I came in on a Thursday evening and a friendly server helped me right away. The menu had lots of great choices, but I ordered some fried dumplings and the Korean spicy beef soup. The food was out fast (and hot!) and looked amazing. Generous portions too. The flavor was great, and just the right amount of heat. I’d come back in a heartbeat. Next time I’m within 20 miles of Colby I’d easily detour to Golden Taipei for a meal.

Enjoyed a pretty good meal here. Clean, comfortable place. Excellent server. Nice fellow, happy, attentive, professional. Good flavors, surely all made there. Thank you.
