Los Jarochos Mexican Food

Coming from Colorado we know our Mexican food. This place was delicious and definitely worth the stop. The Al Pastor was perfectly seasoned and the salsas were delicious as well. Again, make sure you stop. You will not be disappointed.

It's a very unassuming food truck on the side of a parking lot so it's easy to miss. The food here is great, especially the loco taco (all the meats) and the service is very friendly. There are a few tables next to the truck but it looks like people generally pick up the food to go. Everything is made to order with fresh ingredients and we got our food in about 5 minutes. It's a no brainer if you're looking for tacos around here.

Great experience stopping for lunch on a road trip on I-70. Finally, a place that seasons the ground beef the way they should! It’s super flavorful. The ground beef sopes and empanadas were my favorite. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasty. Also the staff was very friendly and inviting.

If I could I would give this place more than than 5 stars I would! The tacos Al pastor have a little bit of pineapple in them and they are delicious! The ground beef tacos and steak tacos were also very good. The rice was also tasty. We came here searching for a place to eat around lunchtime in Colby and saw the reviews here and decided to stop. So glad we did! This place is worth the stop. There is a little bit of seating outside if you want to sit there but you can also eat in your car. Definitely recommend!

This place was recommended by a family member while on a roadtrip through Kansas. Honestly? It was SO WORTH THE DRIVE. We got tacos and tamales and every bit of it was incredible. Rice and beans included! We ate every last little bite. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.
