Chef Baldee's Pizza

Was working in the area, and stopped by on a whim for lunch today. Normally don't leave tons of reviews, but the experience was outstanding and I had to say something.

The sauce was the highlight for me, excellent flavor with a hint of sweetness. Honestly one of the best sauces I've ever had on a Pizza. Crust was flavorful, and cheese was not excessively greasy. I don't normally like New York style pizza that much, but this was very well made.

Chef Baldee was incredibly friendly, had my order ready exactly when he said it would be done, and I loved the artwork on my pizza box. Clearly someone who is passionate about his business and loves what he does. Give him a try, wish I lived a bit closer!

Delicious! Ordered Cheese, Dynamic Duo and Veggie. Called order in, great customer service from The Chef himself. Sauce was spicy sweet.

I can only say that the delicious pizza made a huge impression on my taste buds. Here I am in Kansas City yet again and the trip cannot be complete without going home with one Chef Baldee’s master pieces! His genuine passion for his art makes him the Pizza-Pie Picasso of Kansas City!

You will not find a more friendly chef in the whole metro. Chef Baldee's Pizza is a fantastic hidden gem. The pizza is absolutely delicious and I cannot say enough good things about it! I look forward to the next time I go!

First off Absolutely Delicious Pizza. Definitely New York Style. His Homemade Pizza Sauce is close to Perfection. His Pizzas are perfectly cooked, when ordering you can ask for specialized cook time to get to desired crispness or golden perfection. His Pizzas are loaded with toppings (all the way to the crust), some of which are locally sourced. Chef Baldee has a great personality and his hospitality is spot on to traditional southern comfort charm. Amazing prices ($20 base price) which is a very large pizza. Additional toppings are only $1 each which is a steal. It seems like a strange area for a pizza food truck but it’s a very cute industrial area. A Great spot for a date night. He has a fold up table and chairs to enjoy your pizza on site. Dog Friendly. Overall Wonderful Pizza, I would argue a contender for best pizza in KC.
