Mason Jar Brews and Burgers

Awesome place for drinks and happy hour. Would have appreciated if our waitress came by for last call for happy hour though. Loved their garlic cheese fries.

My son and I went here on a burger recommendation. I ordered a turkey melt with garlic fries and he ordered a double cheeseburger with a side of macaroni and cheese. These were both "upgrades" as sides and cost a little extra. The wait for food was a little long for as empty as the place was on a Sunday just before a chiefs game. The garlic fries were soggy and had a very potent flavor, I wasn't able to eat even half of them. The sandwich was pretty good. My son wasn't impressed with the macaroni and cheese, I tried it as well and it was just okay. The burger was juicy, and pretty large; he couldn't finish it due to the size.

Would I come back? Yes to try a pizza. Otherwise the costs were on the high side and nothing jumped out as fantastic.

A great little restaurant and bar in a location you wouldn't expect to find it in Midtown Kansas City, Kansas. Been there several times. The wide-ranging menu food is good. It's priced fairly and the servers are helpful. It is the only place in that part of Kansas City, Kansas I'd recommend for family dining.

Yummy unique foods. I love the Tater Kegs, Hog Bones, Beer Battered Brat Bites, and Chicken Fried Steak. I don't drink, but I saw some one's bloody mary come topped with a giant meatball and celery and pickle! Friendly staff. Clean and streamlined decor.

The place is cute. Tucked away but easy to find. The staff was friendly and attentive. My husband and I started with the Tater Kegs and they were amazing! We'll definitely be back for those.
