    First time actually using papa johns. We are normally a Pizza Hut family. But I am super happy with the food we ordered and received!
    Garlic knots seem a bit burnt but still really good. So no real complaints I have, the delivery drive was sweet and smiled and seemed to have a great personality it’s great to see that with this company cause normally the drivers are not so happy.

    We always love Papa John's pizza! The dough, the garlic sauce & the garlic knots. Today we inadvertently ordered from the wrong store about 40 minutes away. Since it was ready for pick up, only that store can cancel the order. We were on hold for over 13 minutes. We decided to call Papa John's customer service. She called in to the store after a couple minutes someone answer the phone, and the order was cancelled. We then ordered from our store, our order was done in 10 minutes. They tried to take care of us for all the hassle we had trying to get pizza tonight!
