    So, I used the app to place my order and to pay ahead so that I wouldn't have to wait. At first they said that I hadn't placed an order. Then they asked me to pay for it. When I showed them my phone with the proof of the order, they checked again and said that they just got my order and that they'd make it now. I waited for 25 minutes after the app said it would be ready. My food was fine, except the they didn't have the kind of cookie that I had ordered.
