Tacos El Guero 100% Michoacanos

My quest to try a new KC restaurant for menudo has led me to Tacos El Guero and I'm just impressed about my whole experience. The place was clean and the people were very friendly. They have tacos and quesadillas on their menu with your choice of meat. We got the lengua quesadilla and it was absolutely delicious- I thought I would hate having beans inside my quesadilla but it added a new texture to it. The menudo and birria were absolutely delicious! I think this might be my favorite menudo so far

Good food, friendly service, and fast. The hot salsa was good and horchata on point.

The steak quesadillas are the bomb dot com. Very fast service also. They generally have your order ready within 10 minutes. Great place for either tacos or quesadillas.

Very good tacos, seasoned well, plenty of meat in my opinion very good quality ingredients. I ordered a total of 7 tacos asada, and pastor. Good quality food made fast. If I were in the area I would definitely go back there.

Excellent service, attention, cleanness; super clean bathrooms. The food is absolutely delicious, authentic; cooking and service bynthe family that owns the restaurant. Tried several tacos; tongue, buche, beef, chorizo; each one of them were delicious and made the Michoacán way. Also had birria and was simply delicious. The chicha and the Jamaica water were right on on taste and levelmof sugar. The also have a refrigerator for those interested in drinking some Mexican sodas or tradiuiitional ones. Please note that the Birria and Menudo are only available in the weekends. Didn't try the Menudo, was told is super good and will use not having had it to come back to enjoy it and also get extremely delicious tongue tacos. The place is located in Kansas City, Kansas. Give it a try, the go grocery shopping in one of the Mexican grocery stores located close by; you will be transported to the Mexican grocery store without having to take a passport or scheduled a plane trip South of the Border...
