Applebee's Grill + Bar

Steak was great -cooked exactly...salad fresh...mashed pots just right...and broccoli the best. Our 30th Anniversary and we came up to see The Ark. Great ending to a few days away. Kristie J very attentive.

This was the perfect spot to fill up on vacation! The food was delicious, the waitress was awesome, and the atmosphere was fun. I really enjoyed my visit here.

Our server was very nice. Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 steaks and the combo appetizer. When the steaks came out they seemed to have a odd smell to them and they tasted weird, kinda seemed like old meet and was gross. We didn't complain because we weren't too worried about it and are not big complainers. After paying the manager came up to us to ask if something was wrong with our steaks because we hadn't eaten much of them. We told her they tasted weird but it wasn't no big deal and she said shed be right back. She apologized to us and handed us a $5 off coupon which was nice of her, but when i got to the car i looked and saw that the coupon expires on 12/31/18. It is currently 5/9/19. I think that was rude to give a expired coupon. Like i said i don't complain very often , i work in a restaurant industry myself and know mistakes happen, but her trying to apologize by giving us a expired $5 coupon seems like poor costumer service to me.

I got a lunch combo, and it was really tasty. The portion size was good and it seemed like a nice value. The manager Rick was friendly and checking on all the customers. The restaurant was tidy, and service fast. I also like that the juke box has an app to select songs. I would recommend this location.

Love this place. If you have never been, what are you waiting for? Reasonable prices for excellent food. I should do this for a living!!! Eating Good in the Neighborhood baby. Best bang for the buck. Tied with RR
