Zambrero Mall Road

Nice restaurant. Food reminds me of a Chipotle. Sadly, many people who walked in or by did not understand the concept. I would recommend trying this restaurant.

My new favorite place! Staff is always so friendly and helpful- the food is amazing and WAY better than *other* burrito places. The guacamole is the best I've ever had!
Restaurant and bathrooms are super clean too!

Went there Yesterday and ordered the truffle burrito. There was only two employees managing the store but they seemed to be okay. The younger of the two made my "Burrito". The young employee tried his best, but it just kind of sucked. Added barely any rice and my protein, and when he went to fold the burrito up.. he ended up just kind of rolling and flattening it. He also ripped the tortilla by accident so it just kinda start coming out the side. The frustrating part is the food tasted good, I just ended up having to eat what I could from it with a fork. I'll probably go back and give them another try, but maybe I'll get someone else to make my food.

Edit: I went back again and got the same order as last time. There was only one employee there this time and she was doing her best. Head of marketing (I think?) was there as well and spoke to me about Zambrero and it's mission, the difficulty finding help, and my previous experience there. It was a little slow to get my burrito ready as there was only one employee... and the truffle sauce wasn't prepared yet so that had to be made... then as I went to pay the system went down and had to be rebooted...

Food tasted fine, the staff there was great, but my buddy who was the only other customer in the store got his food about 15-20 minutes before I did due to the delays. I said I would update my review and... I still think it's still a 3/5. If I could give it a 3.5 I would.

Excellent choice for lunch or dinner. A great value, healthy, whole food and mission driven restaurant. Really clean and super friendly staff.

I've been to this place twice now. While yes, The staffing situation isn't ideal for them(it's not their fault no one wants to work), everyone has been extremely nice each time. And the food...DELICIOUS! I like it better than other "make as you go burrito/bowl" places.😉 And if you're a guacamole fan, I would recommend getting theirs. Very flavorful and yummy! I will keep going back for more and recommend you do too!🌮🥑🌯
