Harvey's

Randy the server/bartender was very interactive and personable. I ordered a Comback burger of which had great flavor! It was cooked at just the right temperature (MR) with a freshly made side of seasoned fries. I highly recommend the burger and the restaurant.

My ultimate grilled cheese sandwich came with one slice of "cheese food" and not the loads of three cheeses as specified on the menu. On the up side, my husband's catfish plate was very tastey. Service was not very friendly, except for the hostess, she was quite pleasant. Good beer and spirits.

Food came out super quick! Fries are very well seasoned. Pulled pork has a nice smokey flavor running through it. Portion sizes are generous and atmosphere is lively and comfortable. If I was going to nitpick I would say that I wish the knife cuts for the nachos were more consistent and smaller. It is hard to eat such large pieces of onion and it overtakes the flavor of the food.

Harvey's is an excellent family, friend oriented location here in Downtown Danville, KY. We are happy to take clients, friends & family to this location. You won't find a better atmosphere in a small community. The staff is pleasant, the owners know their foods & the service is wonderful. A++ to this local joint.

My husband ordered the new York strip and was very pleased. I ordered the shirmp and I was not a fan of it. The breading wasn't my favorite. I also ordered a salad and fries for my sides and they were awesome. My husband had the mashed potatoes and he loved them. The waitress was very attentive to our needs. The atmosphere was calm and quiet and casual. A big plus for me because I have anxiety when it gets too crowded or loud. I was very comfortable here. The pictures I'm attaching we're taken after I had eaten a bunch of my fries so portions were very decent.
