Fazoli's

Stopped on a road trip. Service was good; all those folks were very friendly. The food was okay until I stopped being hungry. Breadsticks were too buttery and both dishes had significantly too my sauce and garlic.

Food was good, young man with green didn't act like he wanted to work. He didn't let us know we were done with taking our order and didn't give us our
Food number stick we had to reach back by the register and take it ourselves as he was also doing drive thru. I think it was a manager she was doing most of the running with the food out to the people, when the young man did it he was very slow and the people that he took the food to had to ask for their bread Sticks.

Pizza baked spagetti was awesome. Everything was hot and very tasty!! Definitely would eat here again if we visit KY again. Staff was polite and helpful since it was our first time eating there.

Possibly NY favorite fast food restaurants. There were staffing issues at this location. Regardless we were waited on quickly and served our order in a short time ( about 10 minutes total ). Our meals were hot and the portions generous.
Two employees were off sick. And another was called to an emergency situation. Two managers and two cooks ran the store. Excellent work from this staff.
